These are the terms under which Agentcy.Services provides its services. We've written them to be readable, not intimidating. Questions? Email us at hello@agentcy.services.
Agentcy.Services deploys and manages AI agents for businesses. This includes building, configuring, integrating, and maintaining AI-powered workflows for lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, customer support, and related revenue operations. We handle the technical and operational work so you don't have to.
By signing up for Agentcy.Services's services — whether through a signed proposal, payment, or written agreement — you agree to these terms.
Our services are priced as monthly subscriptions, billed in advance at the start of each billing period. In addition to the monthly fee, most plans include a one-time setup fee billed at the start of the engagement.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may result in service suspension. We'll always reach out before suspending anything.
All prices are in US dollars. We'll give you at least 30 days' written notice before raising your rate.
All Agentcy.Services engagements have a 3-month minimum commitment (6 months for Enterprise plans, as noted in your agreement). This reflects the time it genuinely takes to build, deploy, and tune an AI system to see meaningful results.
After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@agentcy.services. You'll be billed through the end of your current billing period.
Early termination before the minimum term is complete may result in a fee equal to the remaining months on the minimum commitment. We'll always prefer to work it out before invoking this.
We commit to building and maintaining the AI systems described in your service agreement, providing the support levels specified in your plan, and responding to performance issues promptly.
We work hard to deliver results — better lead conversion, fewer no-shows, recovered revenue. We'll show you the data and optimize continuously.
That said: we can't guarantee specific outcomes. AI performance depends on factors outside our control — your lead volume, your existing processes, the quality of your data, market conditions. We'll set realistic expectations during your audit and tell you if something isn't working. What we guarantee is that we'll keep working on it.
Your data is yours. Any data you bring to the engagement — customer lists, CRM records, call logs, transaction history — belongs to you entirely. You can take it with you at any time, and we'll help you export it cleanly at the end of an engagement.
Our systems are ours. The AI agent configurations, prompt libraries, workflow designs, and operational playbooks we build belong to Agentcy. Think of it like hiring a contractor — you own the result of the work (a functioning system), but the methodology and tooling stay with us. This lets us maintain, improve, and support your system over time.
Any custom work specifically scoped as a client-owned deliverable in a written agreement is an exception — those terms govern.
We treat your business information as confidential. We won't share specifics about your operations, customers, or results with other clients or publicly — unless you've given us permission (e.g., a case study you've approved).
We may reference you as a client and describe the general nature of the work (e.g., "we work with dental practices in the Southeast") for marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.
We're responsible for doing our work well. We're not responsible for losses that result from factors outside our system — like market downturns, your team not following up on AI-qualified leads, or circumstances beyond anyone's control.
In any case, our total liability to you won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the issue that gave rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and binding arbitration if that fails. We'd much rather talk it out.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes that affect your rights as a customer, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after that point means you accept the updated terms.
